Maybe add log entry for auto signout and who it signed out #3

The logmembersout script works great, but it might be nice to add a log entry to see who was logged out. Great that it doesn't spam the telegram chat though!

With the current logging architecture it would be impossible to do.

What we could do however is send a telegram message saying something like "x , x , and x have been naughty and forgot to log out, I have logged them out now"
