Filters: Category autocomplete not working in Safari #18

Recently reported by Dino (I think). When typing a category or user name, the autocomplete menu options appear but clicking them does not fill the field. Works fine in Firefox and Chrome

This also appears to apply to trashing the current selected filter. Clicking the trash icon does nothing.

I'm getting errors like Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: #user.af-filter-active[data-value='Test Annotator'; this when clicking the "all" filter.
