Spruce up user profiles #5

Eventually, these should contain user-editable bio information including links to the editions the user has edited/annotated. Directions for doing so should be added to the user FAQ at the same time.

The foundation for this is already in place, but bios and other info and references to authored/edited content currently reside in the "contributor" content type. Romantic Circles had a need to decouple authors from users for various reasons, but that that's not the case here. I'll try to get to this in the next week.
