Add a chat bot to our website

Could start by asking are you a student or company?
- Asks different questions based on response:
  - Student -> Interested in learning how to join SHPE?, What is SHPE?, When are events?, etc.
  - Company -> Interested in how to get involved with the SHPE UT Dallas chapter?, etc.

Very easy to do with: react-simple-chatbot

-Can I link the ResumeBook demo in the chatbot (currently linking this one: https://shpe-utdallas.github.io/ResumeBook/)? -Where should we lead companies that want to become sponsors (currently just leading the to contact the corporate Liaison)?

IDEAS:

-Alumni info -Merge company and recruiter branches -Add info about the sponsor package? -Link to the "getting involved page" (if we have one)
