Officer page breakpoint/spacing fixes #37

I messed around with the breakpoints a bit on the officer page as it looked really spaced out on wider screens (especially on 1440p (2560x1440)). This video below shows how it looks on 2560x1400 (although not all of it, my monitor is 1920x1080) and then I go through all the breakpoints until it's at the smallest size.

This looks great! I don't have to anything to really add. I think we just have to resolve the conflicts once we finished with the Officer pull request.

@amoghyatnatti I went ahead and updated this PR with the new updates you made to the officer page - if you can double check this and make sure everything looks right that would be awesome!
