[Feature request] Govee H6046 Support #1651

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. SimHub doesn't seem to be able to find Govee H6046 even though this lightbar does support LAN control via razer and Govee desktop does display it.

Oh... maybe this is my mistake :| PC support isn't the same as Razer Chroma support is it.... I mis-read their compatibility page with the two tabs.
