In this PR:

Dockerfile to show how shyfem installation works from scratch
The examples folder from https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B742mznAzyDPbGF2em5NMjZYdHc
Running all .str examples with modified make_sim.sh

sorry, I was a little bit confused. I have to say I normally use git standalone.

@georgu there is no need. You can reopen the PR from github ui, and then you will have the option to merge.
