1) What operating system are you using?
Ubuntu 12.04, I'm using the last version of zinba : 2.02.03

My PC is very recent : june 2012 with a bios EFI which I cannot use because
linux is not compatible with this bios. SO I've installed linux on mode "bios
legacy".

can the problem come from this particularity?

2) What error message was displayed?

*** caught segfault ***
adress 0x587dbba, cause 'memory not mapped'

3) What was the exact command you used that resulted in the error?

the zinba command with your data example

4) Please copy and paste any additional screen output that resulted from
running the command

...
Building window data

Processing
         Initializing to length 0
         Mapping reads to chromosome......

*** caught segfault ***
adress 0x587dbba, cause 'memory not mapped'

This version of Zinba run without problem on another pc with the same
configuration for the OS, but this other pc is less recent than the pc where it
doesn't run.
Any idea?

Thanks
Julie
