Peak Visualization files #45

1) What operating system are you using?
Linux

2) What error message was displayed?
There was no error messages. Worked perfectly.

3) What was the exact command you used that resulted in the error?
Use the parameters that were used in ZINBA documentation.

4) Please copy and paste any additional screen output that resulted from
running the command

Peak Visualization Files:
I am interested to know how I can generate the visualization files from ZINBA 
output files to see the peaks on IGB or IGV. Also, what are the wig files in 
the align_athresh1_extension200 folder meant for ?

At the end of ZINBA process, you should obtain a file like *.peaks.bed that you 
can use in IGV or other visualizer.
If you don't have this file, I guess something failed...
