caught segfault when running generateAlignability #49

1) What operating system are you using?
Scientific Linux 6.3

2) What error message was displayed?
 *** caught segfault ***
address (nil), cause 'memory not mapped'

3) What was the exact command you used that resulted in the error?
zinba(align='zinba_analysis/alignability', numProc=1,seq='FAIRE_data.bed', 
basecountfile='zinba_analysis/FAIRE_data.basecount', filetype="bed", 
outfile="zinba_analysis/FAIRE", 
twoBit="mouse/genome/mm9/full/zinba/mm9.2bit.1", extension=250, printFullOut=1, 
refinepeaks=1, broad=F, input="none")

4) Please copy and paste any additional screen output that resulted from
running the command
Please see attached file.

I have seen the previous post with a similar issue, but I could not make out 
the solution from there. Thanks in advance for your help.

I have the same error while running zinba. May I know have you solved this 
issue?
