2) What error message was displayed?
Error in getOct(block, 100, 8) : invalid octal digit
Warning message:

$ gunzip zinba_2.02.0.tar.gz 
gzip: zinba_2.02.0.tar.gz: not in gzip format

3) What was the exact command you used that resulted in the error?
> install.packages("/programs/R/packages/zinba_2.02.0.tar.gz", 
lib="/programs/R-2.15.0/library", repo=NULL)

4) Please copy and paste any additional screen output that resulted from
running the command

Please, delete this bug report, it was a problem downloading with wget.
