What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.starting the program
2.restarting the program
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
an ip adress.  "NO EXTERNAL IP'

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Intel
or PPC?
Mac OS X 10.6.7 Newest version

What model and manufacturer is your Router?
Siemens Speedstream 6520

Please provide any additional information below.
Please fix this!!!
