Port map keeps telling me that my the port I'm using is already in use when i type in the external ip in my server.properties file in my mine craft server folder but when i just type in the server port and not the external ip in my mine craft server folder it works but i can't connect to the external ip just the internal ip. #51

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.starting the program
2.restarting the program
3.installing another version of the program

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To fix my port map problem so i can start playing in my mine craft server 
without using hamachi. I see a external ip that does not work and i have to use 
hamachi to play in my server.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Intel
or PPC?
I have a mac running version 10.7.2 and running port map 1.3.1

What model and manufacturer is your Router?
my router manufacturer is  NetGear. Its model is WNDR3700

Please provide any additional information below.
I was wondering if Rebooting my router would fix my problem?
