CIT not working for half the textures for 1.19 #350

I was trying to use CIT for a minecraft modpack that just has qualify of life mods in it and the resourcepack for the server i'm playing doesn't work with only half the items

You need to provide an example of something not working as intended for me to look into this, also logs would help.
