Add and hide elements from the AncilliaryDataClass (of each element) #124

Please add and hide the following elements to the ancillarymenu of each element:

dc:source dc:Identifier that corresponds to ElementVersion_id dcterms:created that corresponds to ElementVersion_creation_date (Date of creation of this version)
