encoding Unicode (UTF-8) #4

People that make a download data usually use MS Excel to open the results, is important to put a disclaimer (in the sent mail, I think) that allows them to know that it's necessary change the file's encoding, because MS Excel open by default in Windows (ANSI)

Please, also write here that is important open the results in "text" format in MS Excel

Disclaimer text included in email message: Nota: El archivo con los registros solicitados esta con extensión txt y codificación UTF8, tenga presente que si desea importar los datos con excel debe importar el archivo con codificación UTF8 ya que de forma predeterminada excel importa los archivos con formato Windows ANSI.

Hola chicos,

Después de tanto cacharrear encontré una forma que el Office de Mac reconozca apropiadamente el UTF-8 de los archivos DwC.

Para esto hay que abrir primero el .txt en TextWrangler y guardarlo como UTF-16 Little-Endian. Luego >si se abre en Excel bajo la codificación UTF-8 y taraaaannnn! Está hecho ;-)

Les dejo la tarea de documentarlo y el por que pasa esto.
