SCANSEGMENT_XD_SUPPORT deactivated on tag 3.0.3 #230

I found that SCANSEGMENT_XD is deactivated on tag 3.0.3.

This didn't occur with tag 3.0.0.
So I searched for the cause from commits and found the following code to be the cause.

Thanks for your feedback. Flag SCANSEGMENT_XD is deactivated in branch feature/bloom_pretest to avoid unresolved dependendies to msgpack11. Please note that feature/bloom_pretest is a branch for pretesting bloom support, which is currently under development. Build options for future bloom releases are still under change.

Tag 3.0.3 has been generated automatically and is now removed. Please use the latest release 3.0.0 published on https://github.com/SICKAG/sick_scan_xd resp. https://github.com/SICKAG/sick_scan_xd/releases/tag/3.0.0 to build sick_scan_xd.
