REPP-svcs header also includes URLs for extensions? #31

Do we add all namespaces to the REPP-svcs header, also for extensions or do we need another header for extension

see: https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc5730.html#section-2.9.1.1

and the text for the svcExtension element.
