[Exo|Cloze] Removed holes makes translated text crash #26

When trying to convert a cloze question, the question crash.

@valsallop : After further analysis, i think the issue in this document seems to come from a hole that was deleted in the original question but remains in the translations. (The translation works on my dev environment on the same page, but i noticed a selector was missing in the text) I'll update the code to handle this case

@valsallop : On this specific document, i realised the content of the translation fields were incorrect and could not be rendered as is. It was containing the "rendered" html and not the expected underlying question text (that can be displayed by checking the "display real value" option in the translation modal.

I removed and redo the translations and the document is now working again in fr and nl. I noticed that there is an issue with the hole popup for keyword edition, i'll see if i can change its position for better usability.
