Get controls for the regressions

We need data the following data per municipality and year:

• Demographic controls:
  • Total population.
  • Age:
    • Older than 65 yrs old.
    • 18-35 yrs old.
    • Younger than 15 yrs old.
• Other time-varying controls. (Remember we're running LDV/FE)
• GDP's Deflator.
