Invoices for GR are missing VAT #1

It seems that Greece (GR) is not present in the hardcoded EU country list, therefore invoices to Greece are not including VAT in Acumulus, which is incorrect.

I have a PR for this.

Yes I see that the code EL is added, but that is the EU code for Greece, not the ISO code. So I will change this.
