move the scrambling further down in the README files. #18

@arnodelorme wrote by email that it took him a while to understand what the BIDS scrambler did and why it was there. He suggests that the scrambling might be skipped for naive users as it makes pipeline execution more complex. Maybe it could be introduced as an optional step at a later stage in the README files?
