The software that is required should indeed be documented.

Programming skills by the person executed are irrelevant (and can likely not be judged properly by the person themself). There is no programming involved in the execution. The execution is anticipated to be done by Linux and cloud experts that have no domain specific knowledge.

I have added a table to the top-level README.md. Looking at it, I would say that we are MATLAB heavy. It would be good to include an FSL, AFNI, FreeSurfer, or Nipype analysis or so.
