Implement first version of use case 2.5 on fMRI visual task data #26

As discussed with the CNRS Toulouse team (@arnodelorme, @IsabelleBERRY, @Marque-CerCo, @NathalieVAYSSIERE), they will implement an fMRI visual task data pipeline.

There is a placeholder README file to document the pipeline in the usecase-2.5 folder. It follows the required structure of the other README documents, so don't change it too much. Details of what the pipeline does are not needed, we just need information how to execute it on another computer (for example at the Donders or on the EOSC SIESTA platform).

Please ask here if you have any questions on how to proceed.
