Character Controller Work #9

Need to mess around with the character controller at the very end to make it better. Current default ones are a little hard to handle.

@jackle1127 has added a new headbobbing script and mouselook as of d2fldfl. VR works with it as of version 1.0. Tested on Oculus Rift DK2.

Will work on more once decided if we want actual character models or not.
