[x] new endpoint for height
[ ] new GET request for height [requests/]
[ ] new handler that checks height of blockchain and responds with it [handlers/]
[ ] new response handler that prints height to standard output
[ ] AAA unit test that supports new feature

Might need to move this to aurum_api repo instead, since that's more appropriate
