Incorporates the apps API as well as the contract API #1

What this PR includes:

Added auth decorators
- starts PKCE flow if not auth'ed
- returns auth headers for any function decorated with @auth_required
Wraps the GET app/ endpoints into function calls
Added a new class SimbaContract that encompasses just the auto-generated API for a contract

What is excluded from this PR:

all POST app/ endpoints (after digging, I realized these endpoints are not functional; prefer to use the auto-generated for this anyways)

What is remaining (i think):

Auth flows: "client credentials", "user/password"
refresh token
tests
documentation with example code/application
