`acq` entity was not considered #30

change has to be made in the utils module. This is causing the problem when generating the results. Might be a good idea to handle other missing entities:https://github.com/bids-standard/pybids/blob/8fb92fa748f518404a0f22d3e856f9abb5f21ada/bids/layout/config/bids.json#L120
