authors with no orcids #2

These two authors are problematic, because they do not have orcid numbers. orcid numbers should be optional.

actually ADNI has no affiliation either. Nice.

turns out: it's possible to simply remove the orcid field. But authors have to have an affiliation. So I had to remove ADNI for now.
