version tag is broken on niak 1.0 #350

niak 1.0 reports itself as version 0.19

Aarrgh.

Every time I play with the release tool, that bug comes back. Pretty annoying.

Ok got it. I've built the image manually from the tip of master instead of the niak-cog branch of the tag. So the version was not updated... I taking care of it.
