I just had the following status:

28-Sep-2015 00:04:38 clean_corsica_intermediate_sub04665_run1 finished (0 run / 11 fail / 4816 done / 147 left) .........

This should not happen!

This should indeed not happen (anymore). Pipeline is now killed automatically when there are no active workers and none can be started.
