niak_grab_qc_fmri_preprocess dont need to check for quality contrôle folder. #11

get error when the grabber doesn't find quality contrôle folder, but this folder is not used to generate images.

I think it is used to grab subject/session/run IDs. In the latest version of the preprocessing, these IDs (along with all pipeline parameters) are saved in a file, and the grabber only reads that file and nothing else.

So the changes need to be ported from niak to the qc project.

OK, but for now I'll create a branch with this change along with other changes (if template not found in the anat folder). then we will decide if it worth merging it to master or not.
