PHP-Webcam-Video-Conference-master:Red5 Server not running #66

Hi guys.

I am new to use Red5 Server. I just installed Red5 Server in Windows platform. I used this installation package:

setup-Red5-1.0.8-M11.exe,
vc_redist.x64
jre-8u251-windows-x64.exe

After installation completed, I then start Red5 by double clicking shortcut- Start Red5 that calls a bat file. But Red5 does not start up, instead, I only see a DOS Screen flashes and disappears immediately. I took note of red5.properties file for needed ports, the ports looked okay and not used by other programs. Red5 does not even appear under Services list in Administrative tools.

What could I have missed to make Red5 start up?

Hi guys,

Please assist me on the following.

As I was reading on Internet to see how I can make Red5 run, I found a suggestion on this link: https://red5pro.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/218442588-Running-Red5-bat-Files-Windows- " QUESTION: When I run the Red5. bat files I get this error: Error: Could not find or load main class Files\red5pro\

ANSWER: Currently, you can’t run our server distribution as it is from the Program Files directory since java throws an error if there are spaces in the file path. If you want to run it from there for organizational reasons, then you could keeping the Red5Pro distribution in the root of C, and create a shortcut to red5.bat to run from Program Files."

Where and which Configuration File may contain the space "... java throws an error if there are spaces in the file path.." referred in the answer above?

I moved Red5 to C:\ and Red5 service has been installed successfully, but still http://localhost:5080/ can not start up. I also though Red5 runs from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Red5" location where it was installed?
