Ingest Gaia derived distances from Bailer-Jones 2021 #243

Used the Gaia parallaxes to derive distances. We should ingest the geometric median reported in their distances catalog.

@Will-Cooper , maybe we should just ingest these distances instead of Gaia parallaxes.

Parallaxes are more important in my opinion because that's the physical measurement. Calculated distances can be a separate table. Perhaps we should also point to the advice on getting distances from Gaia parallaxes? For example, the tutorials

There is also the question of parallax bias
