While our data is available via AWS, we should archive ALL the spectra approximately annually in a tarball on Zenodo. For example, tie a Zenodo record to the 2022.5 version.
The purpose is archival in case AWS ends or gets too expensive and/or when SIMPLE is no longer maintained.
