@SherelynA has already figured out how to convert many of the spectra for sources in Suarez 2021. (These sources all have Spitzer IRS spectra which have already been converted.)
There is a collection of private Jupyter notebooks which show how to convert all the spectra relevant to these sources' SEDs. These notebooks could be used as a starting place to convert a lot of these spectra.
