Where to add template spectra?

There are useful spectral templates out there. Where should they live? In the database? On the website?

• infrared alpha/beta/gamma L dwarf templates from Cruz et al.
• the SDSS ones (Bochanski et al. have M0-M9; Schmidt et al. L0 - L8).
