Part of #452 .
Ingest the L' and M' band photometry. Problem is that much of it us from UKIRT but the filter is not obvious and not listed on the SVO. Maybe the MKO NSFCam L' and M' will work? http://svo2.cab.inta-csic.es/svo/theory/fps3/index.php?mode=browse&gname=MKO&gname2=NSFCam&asttype=
