Clicking "New Car" in iRacing, doesn't reset the tires #30

If you enter the pit stall with all changes off, then exit the car and click the "New Car" button, when you get back into your car, the tire readings are not taken and reset to zero laps. This should only be a problem in practices sessions, but I haven't verified how this works in a session with fast repairs.

This may not be a problem with 1.5 and later. Need to verify.
