Feature request: "save as" button #4

In the GUI, there should be a "save as" button. This should simply move the downloaded file from $HOME/.local/share/geomaker/DOM10 to whatever folder the user desires. The main point is that this should be accesible from the user interface. Also autocomplete the file-name by the region name. If this gets done well, then it can considered a solution to issue #2 .

This is made superfluous after #12 was merged. If one really needs the raw tiff-file, this can be added as a dedicated export file format which would only copy the file from its backend. The follow-up discussion can be had in #31, but I'm closing this for now.
