STL export using 1m resolution fails #45

I'm on the wrong OS right now so I can't give you the exact error trace, but I'll find it and post it at a later point.

The setup was to request a STL export of a 1m DOM model using resolution=1.0m. By increasing this to 1,5m the export was successful.

Cannot reproduce this anymore. The bug might accidentally be fixed by PR #52 or simply by the passage of time (updating of other dependency libraries). Tested with resolution at both 1m and 0.7m on Windows on both DTM and DOM models and all cases worked like a charm.
