Api access help #86

Looking into getting data through the api a little more. This makes the file "download_data_api.py" redundant. It might be best to remove it, although its possible that Terje R. still wants it?

A better example script to send to people when they are given api access. Also a note on how to run that script in the readme.md

I will just merge this at the end of the day (the code doesn't break any of the important things) regardless of whether people check it or not, but comments welcome.
