Give clear error if multiple command-line parameters are being interpreted as remote_host #623

Tested:

17:41:04 > $ ./sipp -m 1 -sn uac rtp.xml 127.0.0.8
2023-04-01  17:41:12.114369 1680367272.114369: remote_host given multiple times on command-line (rtp.xml and 127.0.0.8)

and the non-error case:
