Added pytest to dependencies
Added httpx to dependencies to use TestClient from FastAPI
Added pytest to Python GitHub workflow
Added spacy en_core_web_trf to Python GitHub workflow dependencies
Added test: test_fetch_emotion
Removed old unused startup functions to load models
