Update webhook functionality

Just updating the webhook to work properly. Works like this:

• Backend server can be checked out to any branch (currently it is checked out at development)
• Whenever a change is pushed to the remote, a webhook is sent to the server that runs git pull, updating the current branch its on.
• uvicorn reload will restart the server with any changes

This just makes sure that the deployed server code is always upto date (I've tested this and its all good)
