Could add details about caching credentials and allowing google access:

So when authenticating it says"Is it OK to cache OAuth access credentials in the folder between R sessions?" Are we supposed to pick yes or no?
In order for the Authentication to work, do you have to allow the API access to your Google Sheets? (seems I am getting error in authentication when I do not select this)?
