Team Dynamics and Collaboration: Our team displayed a strong dynamic throughout the project, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. We effectively leveraged each member's strengths, which contributed significantly to our progress. However, one area for improvement was in task allocation. Clearer and more structured distribution of tasks from the onset could have enhanced our efficiency and reduced instances of overlapping efforts.
Project Management Approach: In hindsight, the Waterfall method might have been a more suitable project management approach for this project, as opposed to the Agile method we adopted.
