As a user, I want the application to be well designed, so that it is easily usable and all information is clear.

Acceptance criteria:

  1. The features and design of the page should be minimal and not cluttered to remove confusion for the user.
  2. Graphs should be used to show vote results.
  3. Notifications and the navigation part are encompassed in this story.
