Pull request includes:

Submitting "Add Step" form will create the initial step.
Hovering over a step will give buttons for options regarding the step
Lots of stylistic stuff
A little refactoring of existing code
Sass support (!) for React components
- CanvasStyles.scss holds all the sassy goodness
New Homepage! No more default .net core stuff
