Fix Steering assembly CAD #19

the steering assembly part studio and assembly dont matc. the gap between the top and bottom plates are not the same from oen to the other

the bottom steering plate needs to have its motor mounting holes fixed for the new s2 motors

the belt spacing for the drive motors needs to be fixed to allow for the new 30T pulleys
